The Expected Release Date is between (LATE) NOV – (EARLY) DEC 2022 and it usually takes us 3-5 business days, or in certain cases, it may take up to a week to receive the shipment to our warehouse.

Once we receive it from Korea, our shipping team will begin fulfillment processing on a first-order, first-serve basis and will try our best to send it out as soon as possible, however, we can t guarantee any arrival dates to the customers depending on USPS or UPS. Please understand that we do not have control over those shipping carriers. Therefore, if your lightstick does not arrive on time, we can t be responsible and can t refund or cancel the order for the reasons above. 

DEPENDING ON THE VOLUME OF ORDERS, FULFILLMENT PROCESSING COULD TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED.
